CSR / Receptionist
We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, managing client records, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is passionate about animal care, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Check-in patients and update client records accurately
- Assist with billing and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide support to veterinarians and veterinary technicians as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient computer skills, experience with veterinary software systems is a plus
